My father was in the ICU 3 months ago. Every one tells me not to go to this hospital and I don't know why. The staff was very hard working, one nurse even stayed past her 12 hour shift just to make sure my dad was stabile enough. Even though they couldn't stop him from passing, they did everything in their power to make him comfortable and that was enough for me!

I took my 4 year old to the ER last night. He never complains or cries and last night he was beside himself hysterical. He begged me to take him to the hospital. He said that he was hearing noises and he was hot and then cold and just miserable. He had been given an oral steroid last week for the Croup and had just finished it. This took a lot of consideration, but has to be told as a PSA! Brandon Regional Hospital has BEDBUGS! It was proven and verified. Courtney's mother spent 6 days in the cardiac unit and came home with what she thought were mosquito bites. Upon inspection she went to Dr who sent her there and they verified yes these are BEDBUG bites. In the meantime I called BRH told them our observation, after talking to a couple different people I was given to the Supervising Nurse of the unit (cardiac) she was last in. I think they gave me the best care, but it takes forever to get blood , this guys are lazy!!!!
I was in extreme pain and made to sit in the waiting room for 3 hours, was there almost 6 hours before a Dr saw me. Would push the button for pain and wait an hour before anyone came in to check.
Staff and Dr's were amazing!!! Very friendly and willing to assist
This is the worset hospital ever, all the times I visited there , they treated me like I was lieing and I wasn't. They do not feel what I feel so they wouldn't know. I went in for a hurt right foot and I clearly told them my right foot was in pain and my pain level was a 10 what they do, the xray the right knee!!!!! When it was my foot.
