The receptionists and staff were super friendly and professional. The ARNP, Karen Steinbrick was excellent.
I have been going to BFMC since 2009 and my doctor was Dr. Fehling. When I heard he was leaving I was curious as to who would replace him, and a little hesitant at meeting a new doctor. But I must say, after my first visit, Dr. Naran really seems to know what he is doing. He is very personable and willing to do whatever he can to help you. Top notch facility. Now as many ppl have noted, the parking is something that could use a little fixing up!!

I am a current patient of the Brandon location. P.A. Julie Gavin is excellent (5 stars)... Provides outstanding patient care. Office staff is friendly. But, be prepared at the Brandon location that for EVERY appointment, you will wait at least 45 min - 1 hr in the waiting room past your appointment time. Make sure you have enough time in your day to wait. Longest I have waited is 1 hr, 40 min. Today for blood work, almost 1 hour waiting past my appointment time (9:15 a.m. appointment on a Tuesday).
