I have been going to BFMC since 2009 and my doctor was Dr. Fehling. When I heard he was leaving I was curious as to who would replace him, and a little hesitant at meeting a new doctor. But I must say, after my first visit, Dr. Naran really seems to know what he is doing. He is very personable and willing to do whatever he can to help you. Top notch facility. Now as many ppl have noted, the parking is something that could use a little fixing up!!
I am a current patient of the Brandon location. P.A. Julie Gavin is excellent (5 stars)... Provides outstanding patient care. Office staff is friendly. But, be prepared at the Brandon location that for EVERY appointment, you will wait at least 45 min - 1 hr in the waiting room past your appointment time. Make sure you have enough time in your day to wait. Longest I have waited is 1 hr, 40 min. Today for blood work, almost 1 hour waiting past my appointment time (9:15 a.m. appointment on a Tuesday). All the staff are great I don't know if I ever see a doctor per say but the staff that sees a patient very attentive towards your needs and prescribes the right medication. I love them Ms Sarah and Ms Julie awesome! !!!
I went to this place several times and never saw a MD! I saw a PA. Then they sent me a bill and I have been paying $20 a month on it! And when I quit going there I didn't owe them ANYTHING! Then after almost a year now they sent me a bill for almost $200?? Now today I get a letter from a collection agency???
