We have been here for two hours without seeing a doctor yet. "He is running a little behind." Then the staff lost his sample, needed duplicates of paperwork, and just generally crappy communication from ataff. The doctor came recommended but we will not be returning. No one should wait 2+ hours for an appointment... especially not during a flipping pandemic. That is just a lack of time management. Linda could have better people skills!
Waiting time is horrible. They can never find your test results when you get into the office they are still looking for your test results. And then you have an appointment at 12 o’clock and they sent you a text that morning that your appointment is changed to two or three hours earlier and this is happened twice and then the morning of appointment at 10 o’clock they call and say we need to cancel and reschedule because we needed bloodwork and we didn’t even need The bloodwork the CT had already been done for his kidney stone... read more
Every since switching to advent health the staff has got completely down hill. I have never dealt with so many untrained employees. The ladies at the front desk are terribly rude and Shelby the “nurse” is oblivious. I’ve been going to this office for as long as I can remember but recently I have found a real family doctor.
