Used to be awesome. Have been going to them for 6 years. I finally switched. They are money hungry. They don't care about patients anymore. Hold times when you call are ridiculous. Customer service is lacking. Have to call several times to get anything done. Completely disgusted with lack attention to patients. We are more then invoices. So glad to be leaving this establishment.
I have been a patient of Dr. Sehres for years. He is a great Dr. In fact he is the only Dr. I trust. He didn't hesitate to see me when my husband passed. He stayed late to see me. I have great respect for him. I am very great full to have him for a Dr. And friend. The staff is great also. They have always treated me like family. So Dr. Sehres you so much for bringing me back to where I am and thank you and your staff for treating me like family. I would not trust any other Dr. He is the best.
PATIENT BEWARE!!!!! This office used to be efficient but now it's absolutely terrible. On my appointment, they made me wait 30 minutes in the lobby before checking me in and giving me a pile of paperwork to fill out for their new system. It was 1 hour past my appointment as I waited for the opportunity to approach the desk to reschedule and leave, I was finally called back. Today, my husband had an appointment at 2:45. I am not one for liking going to the drs...but i think brandon family medical is one of the nicest places around..the people are super friendly.
I've been a patient at BFMC for 10+ years and a "frequent flyer" of sorts since March 2012. Dr. Davis and staff have provided nothing but the best service and care. I highly recommend this group at either the Riverview (my preference) or Brandon location!
The receptionists and staff were super friendly and professional. The ARNP, Karen Steinbrick was excellent.
