I had the best experience buying my last two cars at Brandon Dodge - I could never go anywhere else. I didn't feel pressured when I was looking around for the perfect fit and the purchasing process was stress-free and honestly, easier than it's been at other places. I got an amazing deal and an even better car. They treated me with respect, even though I was a bit indecisive, and I felt as though they truly valued my service. I highly recommend going to Brandon Dodge!
Dealership sucks ass!!! Especially Brandon Davis, the or a so called salesman/manager. Will not reply or respond to follow ups with customers. Gathers all your information, and does who knows what with it. BEWARE: Some employees are frauds/scammers, and will collect your information for unintended purposes.
At first I was impressed with their sales team and the professionalism of their finance staff but it's now close to a month and my trade in still has not been paid off. After 15 years of having on time payments I now have a late payment on my credit report. They certainly cashed my down payment of 3k quick enough. So far I haven't received a call back from the finance department.
Great sales, so-so maintenance (very polite, but difficult to get in).
Very rude and disrespectful people, Do not believe what they talk you into cause they are bunch of liars and all they are really looking forward to is your money and not pleasing you with your needs. Never have we been treated and felt so disrespected before by any other dealership until Brandon dodge came across never again will we be visiting this place! They totally deserve a big fat 0 instead of a 1!!
Babe and I got a new car about a month or so ago from @Brandon Dodge On Broadway Brand new 2014 Dodge Avenger. And I just had to take the time to say how pleased we were with your service. We weren't in there long everyone was so friendly they gave us exactly what we asked for when we got there and not only did they give us a goody bag when we left with coupons and a lot of other cool trinkets but they sent us a packet in the mail with more coupons a welcome kit and customized thank booklet not just a letter lol. I just moved to colorado, ive always been nervouse about taking in my car to service at the dealer for warrenty work or even am oil change because i always get the run around of oh well its a few hours wait or we can cant find the problem, so needless to say i felt the same here, i only have saturdays off and i brought my car in for an oil change and the guy and gal that always work saturdays ( im terrible with names ) got right to work on my work and even gave me one of those discount cards because the oil changes for the d... read more
