I bought my previous car from them over 5 years ago. Had a decent buying experience and loved my car. Unfortunately 2 months ago my car was totaled by a drunk driver. A couple weeks after all this happened I received a letter offering to buy my vehicle-----they were going to give me $xxxx for it. PROBLEM was that that amount was WAY BELOW the the "poor" "trade-in" KBB value. Seriously, I was EXTREMELY OFFENDED with that offer. Me and my wife went to Brandon dodge to look at a new challenger and it was an amazing experience! The receptionist was so friendly and the salesman was extremely helpful and knowledgable. Everyone in the store was making an effort to make us feel comfortable, and they worked with us well to get the payment we wanted! I have always been a ford truck guy, but after the service at Brandon dodge I am expecting to go there to get my next pick up!
It's was my first time buying a truck from the dealer...and all I can say is it was awesome. Everything went super smooth all my stuff was ready I think I spend 1.5hrs their. Matthew Spradley was amazing he was super helpful always answered my questions and helped me out. Got a beautiful new Dodge Cummins for an amazing price and couldn't be happier!
