I had a great experience with their service department today! They got me in quickly and were very friendly and efficient. Our service writer Mike was wonderful! He explained everything clearly, gave me good options and had my best interest in mind. Everyone in the dealership was nice and friendly. They had a nice waiting area for kids. Would definitely recommend!
How is it that you advertise an express lane and its not express. I went in for my first oil change after buying a 2016 ram. With only 1 truck in the bays and no one waiting in the waiting room I was told I would have to wait an hour and a half just to get my truck in. That's not express. That's ridiculous. Maybe your service guys should take a class in customer service.
