Very helpful, fought to get me a good deal and responded quickly. Changed review because of them selling me a faulty warranty sales staff was great, but when it came to repairing my vehicle its been worse then getting a tooth pulled with them, my car has a rod knock haven't even owned it for 4 months and now they're doing everything they can to not fix my vehicle. I am active duty military and have been out of a vehicle for 2 weeks now since they also won't give me a rental.
Had my old car for 10 years and it just went over 100000. We have been looking and driving various vehicles. Some dealerships were not so nice when we would leave. When we stopped at Brandon's Dodge on Broadway, we were prepared to look and leave. We were greeted by Izzy. He was very pleasant and other employees greeted us also. We had an excellent experience at Brandon Dodge on Broadway. Tommie Connally is an awesome salesman and HONEST. Very genuine guy, got us the best deal he could on the truck we wanted. He spent a lot of time with us to make sure we knew how to work the "high tech" computer system and features that the new Ram 2500 has. Glad he showed me everything because I would have had no idea! I would highly recommend Tommie Connally, as well as the manager Jeff Miller. We would definitely shop there again in the future.
