we have been using braman for years always great sevice. if you need them to come back they always do so the problem cans be solved. we have the multipest great value. needed them to come back this year because of carpenter ants. they came back sprayed inside and out boom no more problem. don`t even bother with other companies. chris is our usual guy and he does a great job. many thanks to braman.
Did not fix problem. Came 6 times in 90 days. Would not continue or go any further. Getting in another company for a consult to correct source of problem, not band aid treatment.
I hired them due to mice and a chipmunk a costly expense. 1st they could not put down both types of traps in one visit needing a second visit for the-chipmunk trap which meant taking more time off. They said they would return the following day to pick up the chipmunk trap, never showed. We threw out the trap that caught the chipmunk. I called them to come to pick up the remaining traps which was for today between 1;00 & 2:00 again taking a 1/2 day off and again no call no show. Braman is a great company to work with. Everyone from the people in the office to the service people in the field work with professionalism, honesty, and integrity. I had a two-rodent problem. They sent two professionals over to take care of each one. They were polite and worked quickly and efficiently. One problem was squirrels in my attic. Braman has exceeded all expectations. From the staff, to the response time and accountability. Super knowledgeable in all aspects of their job. Today was their second time back and they sent out Mark and Anthony. Both of them were friendly and knowledgeable in what they were doing and agreed that the first person they sent out did every part of his job correctly. The company's bed bug prep sheet directives they provide to tenants is confusing and has mixed messages as to how, when and what to prepare for prior to the first and follow-up treatments. Their prep sheet is not user friendly for persons with disabling conditions, therefore I submit this company is not pro-actively engaged to work with tenants/property owners/property managers to educate all parties to effectively deal with the resurgence of bed bugs.
