I hired them due to mice and a chipmunk a costly expense. 1st they could not put down both types of traps in one visit needing a second visit for the-chipmunk trap which meant taking more time off. They said they would return the following day to pick up the chipmunk trap, never showed. We threw out the trap that caught the chipmunk. I called them to come to pick up the remaining traps which was for today between 1;00 & 2:00 again taking a 1/2 day off and again no call no show.
