The initial brain train assessment was a relaxing and intriguing experience.. Most fascinating was the report I received less than a week later. It was chock full of information about my brain that shed light on so much- specifically about how my mind functions and where it’s functionally could be improved upon with future sessions. This type of assessment is unique and is truly revolutionary for people whose life satisfaction is directly impacted by their brain functioning in ways that are less than optimal.

Last winter our 14 year old (then 13) was put on medication for OCD, GAD and newly diagnosed with Autism. He wouldn’t leave the house. At night his symptoms were the worst. He couldn’t sleep, would pace for hours and ask us how he can get rid of his thoughts. He started neurofeedback at the beginning of June. I had the chance to take part in an early preview of the technology BrainTrain Centers is bringing to our area. Truly a non-invasive experience that provided some really interesting insight into how my brain operates. Looking forward to the next step of using the tech to improve those areas of my brain that can benefit from it.
