Great service from the reception to medical provider. Eric the Phlebotomist is the best it have every had. After being a pin cushion while in the Air Force it was nice to have a pain free experience.
This is the only primary care doctor I've used in the past couple of years. I recently had a positive UTI test strip result and called the office to report the exact findings. I asked for a prescription to be called in to my pharmacy. After five days of hearing nothing, I called them back and spoke to a nurse who told me it was against policy. My experience here is extremely positive - as positive as doctors appointments can possibly be. Katie is a gem and a rare find - a doctor who actually cares and listens. Wonderful front desk staff. Short wait times. Excellent communication.
