Left a message on the nurses line a few days ago because I was in the hospital for back issues and I was gonna ask a couple questions. Nobody ever called me back and this has happened multiple times and it’s very irritating.
I’m a heart patient with multiple cardiac stints and was told by a nurse practitioner today that it was ok to take the NSAID Keterolac. I told her I was specifically told by my Cardiologist and an ER doctor not to take it under any circumstance. She reiterated it was ok. When I got home I googled it and checked myself (you should check like she could have easily done!) It’s not ok and can increase my chance of another heart attack or a stroke. This is unacceptable incompetence that is dangerous to say the least!

My primary Doctor is incredibly smart and so very nice and helpful. Your nursing staff could go to manners school though.
This has to be the worst run doctors office I have ever visited. From the secretary who is too busy to greet anyone to the “doctors” not listening to anything you say. I have been double billed twice so far, that you get to hold ungodly amounts of time to dispute. Whoever the use for billing is foreign, the wait is incredibly long and they don’t take credit cards. I’m sorry it’s not 1986 and I can just whip out a check. Will never go back to this office.
