Thank you!!! My dryer stopped working followed by my washer 2 days later. Purchasing new appliances was definitely not in my budget. I went to Bragg Used Appliances and it was the best decision I could have made. The washer and dryer look new and work perfectly fine! The staff was very polite and worked with me. They helped me find what I wanted within my budget. I will definitely tell everyone I know about them.

Very unprofessional I actually went into the business to ask them to come to my home and "fix" my dryertwice which will not get hot! They never came or called. Couple months later I decided to just sell them the dryer for a few dollars and buy a brand new one from Sears. They agreed to come and pick up the dryer on Friday. No call no show. So I called them and they said they would come out Saturday. No call no show. I give up. They are very unprofessional. Not very business oriented at all.

Great experience! I purchased a washer and dryer from this place. The items not only work great, the price was a steal. They offer a 90 days warranty which is reasonable for used products and the owner was extremelly helpful. They have a great selection. I would definitely recommend this place.

Rude owner & worthless merchandise My husband and I bought a chest freezer from this place. We took it home, plugged it in and it didn't work. We called them and they said to bring it back down and they will fix it. We picked it up again a few days later. We plugged it and it worked....but only for about a week. We called and they offered to fix it again if we brought it down again. Being frustrated with the situation I called and spoke with the owner. ok Good Deals, very satisfying . Brought a washer and it worked as if it was brand new ' it was also reasonable prices some high prices but worth the money ; i picked out my washer is was delivered the next day , hooked up and everything .

So far not so good I purchased a used Kenmore washer and dryer from Bragg Used Appliance earlier this week. They were delivered the next day as promised. That very same day I did a load of laundry. The washer worked just fine; however, the dryer made it through one short cycle and would not start up again. I removed my wet clothes and called Bragg Used Appliance immediately to report this to them. I was told that another dryer would be delivered the next day.
