Dryer squeeked, called for a tech to be sent for repairs. 3 weeks after calling, still no contact from or sign of tech. Washer started to leak on week 3 as well. Tried to call the business again seeing as they gave a 1 year warranty on both. Called 13 times with no answer. Would not suggest EVER going to these people for any kind of used appliance. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THESE GUYS!!!
I have purchased several appliances from Bragg Used Appliance....they have excellent service. The delivery men brought out my appliances the next day....my husband and I moved from Germany and the hospitality from Braggs is amazing! I paid them $535 on a Thursday told them they didn't have to deliver it to me right away that I could wait til that Monday, I had my schedule clear waiting on them all day I received no call or nothing from them so by 5pm I called them 10 times no response I finally decided to take me and my two kids down to there business to figure out the problem well I get there and my washer and dryer hasn't even been loaded so I ask can I speak to the owner or manager they stated neither one was available so I ask well when will my wash... read more
I just recently came into the store because a friend recommended. I had searched different appliance stores for used wash machines at a reasonable price and quality. I finally found what I was looking for in this store. The store manager has the best customer service! I wish they did this all the stores. I definitely would recommend this store.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. EMPLOYEES CONSTANTLY LIE ABOUT DELIVERY. The woman I bought from was nice. She told me it would be delivered the next day, Tuesday 1/3/2017. It wasn't and I never got a call, for 3 days no one called me! I called asking where my dryer was. They acted apologetic and told me it would be delivered tomorrow. Bragg Used Appliances boasts about their cheap prices and their warranties. Our house has a fridge that was bought under warranty with them and still has several months left on it. The fridge is not keeping things cold, the freezer does not freeze and there is water leaking into my fridge from somewhere. They were supposed to be out 12/29/16 or 12/30/16 to figure out what was wrong and fix it. I have no reason to believe that after experiencing such horrible customer service, having our time wasted, and being lied to, that they will actually make good on their word, but after the 4th time of being told someone would fix our dryer (pursuant of their “warranty”), hopefully it happens today, Mon.
