I purchased a washer and dryer from this place. The items not only work great, the price was a steal. They offer a 90 days warranty which is reasonable for used products and the owner was extremelly helpful. They have a great selection. I would definitely recommend this place.

Warning --- Stay Away from this Company!!!! WARNING!!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I recently moved to the area and need to buy a washer and dryer set. I went to Bragg Used Appliance and bought a set. When the set arrived and was installed, the washer and dryer would work! When I called Bragg and told them about the problem. This was my first time in this appliance store and I walked out knowing that I would be back to purchase. Everyone was very very pleasant and wanted me to be able to leave with the dryer I needed and to be happy with it. The manager was more than willing to work with me so that I could purchase the dryer that I wanted. Would and will recommend to everyone to come in here and look around before going anywhere else. This is the place to buy a used appliance from everyone is great here.

I PROMISE THAT BRAGG USED APPLIANCE HAS GREAT QUALITY USED APPLIANCE IN NORTH CAROLINA AND LOW PRICE To condense, Bragg Used Appliance is superior not just because of their prices, not just because of their product, not even just because of how pleasurable it was to work with them... Bragg Used Applaince is great because it's a rare business that will continue to provide great service for you even after it is that you've already payed, and I, quite honestly, would recommend them to any of my friends and family.

To condense, Bragg Used Appliance is superior not just because of their prices, not just because of their product, not even just because of how pleasurable it was to work with them... Never buy from them If anyone is planning on buying a "product" from Bragg Used Appliance or know of someone that is tell them DON'T! They are a scam business with no reputable reviews and they do not follow up with defective products and fix them as they claim. They gave me the run around on fixing the refrigerator for over one week and were not helpful everyday I called. The refrigerator was less than one month old when it stopped working and they delivered it broken too.

Do yourself a favor.. CALL KRB INSTEAD! Here is my experience with Bragg Used App: I called to have my washer looked at and was told someone would call to schedule an appointment for the next day. No call... I called the next day and was told that they would call sometime that day. Again No Call... Next day was told they would be out on Saturday. No Call.... Guess what, same thing monday and the next day.. Finally called KRB and they came out 3 hours after I called and fixed it same day!
