Best appliance in town This was my first time in this appliance store and I walked out knowing that I would be back to purchase. Everyone was very very pleasant and wanted me to be able to leave with the dryer I needed and to be happy with it. The manager was more than willing to work with me so that I could purchase the dryer that I wanted. Would and will recommend to everyone to come in here and look around before going anywhere else. This is the place to buy a used appliance from everyone is great here.

I PROMISE THAT BRAGG USED APPLIANCE HAS GREAT QUALITY USED APPLIANCE IN NORTH CAROLINA AND LOW PRICE To condense, Bragg Used Appliance is superior not just because of their prices, not just because of their product, not even just because of how pleasurable it was to work with them... Bragg Used Applaince is great because it's a rare business that will continue to provide great service for you even after it is that you've already payed, and I, quite honestly, would recommend them to any of my friends and family.

Never buy from them If anyone is planning on buying a "product" from Bragg Used Appliance or know of someone that is tell them DON'T! They are a scam business with no reputable reviews and they do not follow up with defective products and fix them as they claim. They gave me the run around on fixing the refrigerator for over one week and were not helpful everyday I called. The refrigerator was less than one month old when it stopped working and they delivered it broken too.

Horrible Customer Service!! Do not buy from here, they are rude and not very helpful. My grandma and I purchased and new washer for my mother for Christmas, hers had been broken for months and she desperately needed one. Since my husband and I had bought a Fridge there back in Nov. I thought it would be cheaper to get one from there than a new one at Lowes or somewhere else. awesome quality used appliances!!! I recently been laid off , and was in need of a washer QUICK . I visit many appliances stores and shops , all was over my budget. Until I found Bragg used appliances. I explained my problem to the owner and he founded me the perfect washer with free delivery and free installation. Cheap isn t always good but their place was great :)

Amazing Appliances Buying from Bragg Used appliances has been a great experience, I have purchased both my washer and dryer from there. When I first went in, everyone was very helpful and friendly, they made the buying experience easy. When my dryer broke during my warranty, someone came out, when the problem continued, another one was brought to my house, and I haven t had a problem with that one at all.

BEWARE!!! Awful business, terrible customer service, nothing but liars!!! I purchased a fridge from them on a Wednesday, took it home & it did NOT work!!! I was told someone would be out to fix it the next day, NODODY showed, called again the next day and was told someone would be out that day, NOBODY showed! I called again the 3rd day and was told the same lie as the 2 days before, NOBODY has yet to show, I'm fighting to get my money back from this place....DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

JUST FOR YOU My oven stop working unexpectedly I was angry because I thought I was going to have to spend a lot of money to buy another stove, and because I didn't just want any regular stove I wanted one to match with my kitchen color like my old one did I knew I was going to end up being picky and paying for stove with a preposterous price;but luckily a friend told me about Bragg Used Appliances and I happen to go and look around before buying a stove from someone else.
