This place!!! They got the BEST deals in town I know I could not afford a brand new fridge so when I came across Bragg used appliance on Facebook I immediately went over to see if there was something they could do for me and I'm so grateful that they were able to work out a deal with me that I was more than happy to take thank you so much I love my new fridge!
I gave my mother money to buy an oven. I wish I had bought it myself from Lowes or something. This company went ahead and charged my mother for an oven she wanted and then they never even delivered it. She kept calling to find out when she would get it but they kept no calling and no showing and making excuses. Now they don't even pick up the phone. Thieves.
I purchased a Kenmore washer and dryer set in February 2015. The appliances come with a 1 year warranty. On 30 June 2015 the washer stopped working. I called the Cliffdale Rd. store to report the issue. On 3 July 2015 a repairman came to fix the washer It could not be repaired. He placed an order for another washer to be delivered on 6 July 2015. Excellent house hold equipment! Had no problems what so ever. My sisters and friend have been referred to this business and all we get is respect and the best for the low prices. Owner is understanding and is very respectful. His employees has been all around help and delivery came on time. Couldn't ask for a better deal. This place rocks!
The Worst Experience !! 1st off let me say the ONLY reason I have 1 star is because I had to in order to submit. I ordered a washer & dryer set from these people . once the set was delivered I go to wash a load of clothes and the temperature controls were off. That I could live with then the spin cycle turns out , does NOT work ! So I have soaked clothes with no way of getting dry. I had originally heard of this company through their ad on the radio and decided to check out their website. When i had seen they had the brands i was interested in purchasing i ended up checking them out. I purchased a washer through them n experienced some problems, at first it was a hassle but once I had spoken to the owner n he took care of it for me. Great establishment n i would highly recommend them to anybody looking to purchase an appliance
Love this place! The employees were wicked helpful and knowledgeable about the different brands and models and helped me find the perfect washer and dryer for my new home at a price that can't be beat. Will definitely be returning here when I'm in the market for anything else!
Selected this company to support former military owner but had a horrible experience. Front loader washer was clogged. It happened before and I told them what it was. Just needed an hour of labor to take the panel off and clean it out. Repairmen did not speak English so there was a communication barrier. Said we needed a new part and he would call us back. Im so happy with my stuff!! I got a washer dryer set from here and the deal I got and the quality of the stuff blew my mind! My delivery was on time and quick, and they gave me a one year warranty. They have made a customer for life!!!
