Make me feel right at home I'm new to the area and needed a new mattress set for my son and I. While driving I saw a sign that read "NEW MATTRESSES", so I made a u turn and went inside. As soon as I entered through the door, I was greeted and guided to the mattresses by a very friendly salesperson. The Best Thing Ever One of my close friends told me about this place a while back , finally I got tired of sleeping on a mattress that hurts my back and did not give off a brand new bed smell . Mattresses for a good price is really hard to find in Fayetteville well not anymore since Bragg has open. I love my Mattress and is no longer having excessive back pains
Awful business and terrible customer service This is an awful business terrible customer service, we brought a used refrigerator from this business it never worked they replaced it twice and none of the replacement refrigerators worked. The business refused to refund my money. The only reason I received a full refund is because I contacted the BBB I wouldn't wish this business on my worst enemy. Excellent Prices Bragg Used Appliances was recommended by a friend and I came looking for a washer to replace an old washer I had. To my surprise, I was greeted by the owner who was very happy to help me and show me around the many different selections they had. Famously Satisfied!!! I'm a repeat customer and recently was in the market to purchase a refrigerator. I surfed the web as I always do when I'm looking for a deal and saw that Bragg Used Appliance had a new location in Spring Lake. Nice guy with horrible business practices! Never again! This outfit has stood us up twice despite doing business with them in the past. Both times we went to a house to meet them, and we waited and we waited, and they didn't even bother to call. Why twice? My wife believes in second chances. I don't.
Best Deal!!! My experience with BUA was wonderful...I surfed the net decided to buy a washer...choose BUA...went to the store was greeted and assisted by a friendly and helpful staff...got the best deal in town...made purchase and got my washer delivered and setup the same day...equals very satisfied customer...I'll be back for a mattress
TRY IT , YOU WONT REGRET IT I Just moved into my first , i am a college student therefore Im not rich , and I needed to save as much money as possible and i searched on craigslist and found Bragg Used Appliances . I will totally recommend them to anybody that need to save money and for search good quality appliances .
poor I do not I say it again I do not RECOMMEND this place even to my worse enemy. The Customer service is TERRIBLE they will look you in your face an tell you a lie! We had four washer from this place in we still do not have a washer! They just say anything to get you out of there hair!!!
