I Give Bragg used Appliances a 4 out of 5 only because my delivery was late by a day but over all I'm pleased I got a good deal and I love my Samsung washer and dryer set
Their service is great. I came here just last week to buy a washer. I picked out a nice maytag one and it works very well for a used washer and I got it for a reasonable price. The sales person was very polite too. I recommend this place to anyone looking for working appliances at a lower price.

SHAM BUSINESS!!! If you see this company, RUN in the opposite direction! One year warranty MEANS NOTHING to them. The staff doesn't understand how to run a business. They seldom, if ever, answer the phone. The front desk lady screens their calls -- I saw the lady at the front desk do it twice while I was standing there. I tried to laugh it off by making a joke about it and she said "they'll call back." Completely unprofessional. We bought a freezer that lasted 13 days. Stay away from here. They don't do refunds and deliver broken items but never come to fix them. Warranty doesn't mean a thing.

I have felt with this company on 2 seperate occations and they never show up to fix something after you buy it even if you are still in their warrenty. They came to fix a fridge of mine it worked for one day then broke again and they will not come back to fix it. They keep saying they will but its been over 3 weeks with not so.much as a phone call! They are a rip off do not go there!
save your money My husband and I got station in Fort Bragg,NC upon arrival to Fayetteville,NC we were looking for some appliances. We asked some soldiers that we knew in Germany and they told us to go to Bragg used appliances.we decided to go to the location in spring lake. The had great appliances and great prices.120 day warranty. This Place is Fabulous !
best appliance store in town with great deals and warranty!!!!!!!!!!!! My dryer stopped working followed by my washer 2 days later. Purchasing new appliances was definitely not in my budget. I went to Bragg Used Appliances and it was the best decision I could have made. The washer and dryer look new and work perfectly fine! The staff was very polite and worked with me. They helped me find what I wanted within my budget. I will definitely tell everyone I know about them.
