A wonderful buying experience. We went there to look at a Buick Enclave, but also looked at a Cadillac XT6, though unplanned. John Karvelas showed us both and explained the features of each. Absolutely no pressure to buy. After about 2 hours on the lot, we walked away and came back 2 days later and purchased the Cadillac.
