We just bought a 2017 Jeep Latitude from Bradshaw. This was my first purchase from them, the experience was an easy one, the process was not too lengthy, the sales and financial people were really great.
The brakes on my new Denali truck malfunctioned and the brake system needed to be updated, I happened to be close to the dealership so I called to see if they could get me in right away as it was a safety issue. The service rep was very rude and dismissive of my problem and honestly couldn’t care about the safety of myself and my passengers. Was told they could get me in 3 days later. I so appreciate the excellent care I (and my car) get from the moment I drive up until I drove away.
The experience with the service department was horrible.The advisor forgot what was wrong with my car and then tried to charge me twice for diagnosing it when there person is the one to state what was wrong. I just bought this car and was told that the Cadillac dealerships are the best. Well when it comes to servicing of your car this experience was horrible.
