I had two problems pop up with my truck at the same time. I called and spoke with my normal "go to service guy" Zachary Moran. Not only was he able to have my problems fixed, but they were fixed well ahead of what my expectations were. In addition, I had a loaner car for the day to take care of my needs. By far the best dealership we have went too. The whole staff was by far the nicest I have experienced when buying a car. Cedric and Ernest were absolutely wonderful. We drove 3 hours to look at a Tahoe and we bought it. We would drive 3 hours again to buy another car from this dealership.
On 5/18/2020 I took my 2018 XT5 into Bradshaw for an oil change. My service Rep. was Zachary Morgan.It was a pleasure to work with Zack. He is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I was really impressed as to the precautions that Zack took due to the Corona Virus. He keep the 6 foot distance rule, put on new gloves and even sanitized the pen he gave me to sign the paperwork. Excellent diagnostics and service.
I brought my Equinox in for an oil change. It was done quickly and I even got an additional discount on top of the coupon I already had brought with me. Service writer was very polite. Waiting room area was clean and comfortable.
I was finally able to purchase a truck from them after over a week of no one returning calls or emails. Finally got up with Richard Mills who took care of me, and was helpful. Once I got hooked up with him, I was able to get my vehicle in 24 hours. Don't' believe I would do business again with them.
