Actually replace the broken parts you say you're going to replace and don't tell me you used brand new headlights when I find they are buffed out junkyard parts. Also align the parts and headlights when you say the work is done.

They made sure the part was available, but still said it was not when they found out I was there because of a recall letter. Dont go here if possible. They wasted 2 hrs of my time, if I didn't complain, it could have been longer for 15 min job.

horrible service brought the car in knowing it had a cracked cue screen that needed to be replaced. I have a full coverage warranty in which they informed me it was covered. they tell me they need to run a diagnostics and charge me a service charge basically $100 to check the whole car which I didn't request. held my car 3 days just to tell me the cue screen was on back order to come pick it up. call me 1 time 2 weeks later I missed the call because I work 3rd. the next morning im text and told i need to call asap to set the... read more
