Great Dr and surgeon but he is so busy, its hard to see him in a timely manner. I have a lot of appts, so I allow an hour for a routine appt. But when I have to wait a half hour to 45 min just in the waiting room, it throws me off of my other appts.
I was really surprise at the new building that he moved into. Everyone there was kind and would help you if you needed it. I would tell anyone to get Dr. Saunders is one of the best doctors for shoulders. He is not only a great doctor but a person who cares about you. His team is wonderful also, none better.
Horrible just horrible!!!! He has operated on my shoulder 3 times all 3 times my rotator cuff repair has failed knowing I had bone missing last year he went ahead and did the 3rd surgery put more anchors in everytime. Now I am left with barely any bone left at all in my shoulder! Literally it looks like Swiss cheese! I had a 3d CT scan done cause I'm in so much pain.. Went to see Dr saunders about it was completely rude did not listen to when I told him something was wrong.. Told me I was tight and needed physical therapy.. ... read more
Dr.Saunders operated on my rotator cuff about 10 years ago. When my shoulder started giving me trouble again I didn't hesitate to go back to him. He did a thorough examination,answered my questions, and treated the problem. I highly recommend Dr. Saunders.

I'm a 73 year old male. Dr Saunders replaced my left shoulder using the stemless Simplisiti System in June of 2019 (I recommend going on UTube and watching the video of the procedure). Dr Saunders gives seminars to other surgeons on this procedure. He knows his stuff! He radiates confidence and took all the time I felt necessary in our first meeting. My experience with Doctor Sanders was very horrific and it continues to this day. Dr. Sanders done a torn rotator cuff and bicep surgery on me January 3rd 2019 and drop me as a patient before I even went to my first day of therapy. From his arrogance and negligence I have continued to suffer I've lost two jobs because of him he won't give me my medical release to even go back to work and he holds my life hostage. If you plan on having surgery with dr. Sanders I would second-guess that
He is an exceptional doctor with a terrific bedside manor! So sweet and makes you feel comfortable!
Dr Saunders did a reverse total shoulder for me and I have been very pleased with his care and the outcome of my surgery. He has been personable, available to answer my questions, friendly, gentle, and compassionate.
