Dr. S takes his time with his patients and goes over treatment options, answers questions and allows you to make the final decision.
I waited in the waiting room for 65 minutes before being taken back to an exam room. Once there, I waited another 25 minutes to be seen by the PA. I felt like my time was unimportant to them. I like the doctor and staff, but the timeliness of the visit was lacking.
Dr Saunders was happy to answer all my questions and explained how the surgery was done. He was professional and very pleasant.
Dr Saunders and his staff listened to all my concerns and after times when symptoms had gotten worse he ordered another MRI and found out there was more damage to shoulder then previous MRI. He was very through about pre surgery and post op. Him and his staff were the best;

Dr. Saunders is excellent. He conducted his own research and consulted another surgeon who works with patients specifically in my profession to assist him in making the best decision for me. I was overwhelmingly impressed with his knowledge and ethics as he guided me through my recovery. Absolutely ten out of ten!
Dr Saunders has done an exceptional job all though my total shoulder replacement. He is very thorough and has addressed all of our questions from surgery thru all of my follow up appointments. Very personable with us as well.
Follow up on elbow replacement surgery. Dr. Saunders is always engaged and communicative regarding conditions and progress.
Dr Saunders is a great dr. However, I waited a very long time to see him. I was early to my appointment like we are asked to do, but I was there for over 2 1/2 hrs. Looks like I was the last person leaving the office. If it was another dr, I would’ve got a refund for my copay and left the office, to not return. I waited because Dr. Saunders is considered one of the best. I wasn’t happy at all with the long wait.
