I am such a coward when it comes to going to the dentist. Everyone from the front desk.. to x-rays... to my wonderful dental hygienist ( she was soooooo amazing and kind! She instantly had me laughing and calmed me down!) to my fabulous dentist! I am so incredibly glad that I found Hylan, especially being a transplant to Cleveland. It was a great experience! Thank you so very much!
We love Hylan Dental! They have always taken great care of our needs, listen to our concerns, and are always so friendly and accommodating. My son had a baby tooth pulled recently and they took their time explaining everything to him before they did anything. They were very kind and made him feel very comfortable. We highly recommend Hylan!
My care was phenomenal. Went for a cleaning and then for my wisdom teeth extraction. I am usually petrified of dentists, but these people kept me at ease, were entertaining, and so incredibly gentle!! I'm currently at 24 hrs after my wisdom teeth removal and I feel fantastic, just minor aches and more than enough information to help me heal properly. The only issue I had both times was that it took forever to get in, even though I had an appointment. But the fantastic care I received makes the wait time worth it for me.
Had a 11:30 a.m appt walked out at 12:15 p.m got tired of waiting lobby was full of patients, they must double book their appointments!!! Rescheduled will walk out again if the same thing happens and find a new dentist

I inadvertently hit 4, meant to hit 5. So far everything and everyone is great. Still lots of work to get done.
The staff here was absolutely professional and very pleasant. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone. Great job Hylan Dental!!!!!!!!!
My kids and I love it here i have a 3-year-old and they do an awesome job with him. Every time i call with an emergency they get us in right away.
