I made an appointment for my husband on a Saturday many weeks ago, he showed up for the appointment and the door was locked. I called and was told that the appointment had been changed, that Dr. Hylan had something else that day. No one called us to change the appointment. I was told someone would call back within the hour and they were so sorry. It is now a week and a half later we have heard absolutely nothing. I have been here twice now. The first time was for a cleaning. That visit was super quick and they did a thorough job. The real reason I wanted to come here is because they properly remove and replace amalgam fillings. I had that done. Even though I waited longer than expected, I cannot say enough great things about them. During my wait, I was able to watch as they interacted with each patient and each patient seems to be a friend. Amazing! They are so gentle and caring! I'm so glad I went there! I've always been afraid of dentists (had a bad experience) they really made me feel comfortable!
Had an appointment for 5 pm, sat there for 2 hors without being seen. Then tried to reschedule because I had to go to work and they only had late appointments. Not courteous or too profesional.
The fact that I was told that nothing could be done to save one of my teeth turned me off to going back there. "There's nothing else we can do besides pull it" is NOT good enough for me. Especially when it comes to my teeth. Sorry but I will be taking my teeth and money elsewhere. Thanks.✌
Awesome place.. so glad I came across it!! The people are very nice and the guy who works on my teeth is amazing shout out to velizar petrov your the best at what you do!! And you make sure I am relaxed and not nervous I can always count on him to do a good job

Hylan dental is definitely a safe haven for people with dentist anxiety. I was so frightened and they made the experience bearable for me. The hygienist I had was amazing and patient. The dentist was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place over and over again if you are afraid of the dentist.
