Always have a great experience at Hylan, but it was extra great with Alexis she is awesome she makes you feel very comfortable plus I plan on taking my son this year coming up when he turns 3. requesting her of course❤ thumbs up to Alexis. Thanks
Went in for a cleaning, not a fan of metal scraping my teeth, Alexis made my experience extremely comfortable, I didn't feel anything at all. Super kind and friendly as well as the rest of the staff. Facility is very clean and service was fast.
Great Staff! Gentle and caring. Both Dr. Hornyak and Dr Hylan care about what is best for their patients. I actually like going to the dentist.
I went to Hylan for wisdom teeth removal. Before my appointment, I asked to be put to sleep and was told I had to sign papers for that to happen. I signed the papers. The day of my appointment I was left in a room by myself for 50 minutes with qtips with the numbing on them stuck in my mouth. I had a panic attack and when the doctor finally came in she was extremely patronizing, treating me like a child. I was wide awake for the procedure and not numbed all the way. I saw Xavier ,he is very knowledgeable. He advised me of what was going to be done.l have anxiety about going to the dentist. He talked to me like a friend. Took my mind off the procedure.
Very short wait times. Friendly staff. My hygienist Alexis was a gem! I will continue to use Hylan and will always recommend them.
