RecommendedWent in for a cleaning, not a fan of metal scraping my teeth, Alexis made my experience extremely comfortable, I didn't feel anything at all. Super kind and friendly as well as the rest of the staff. Facility is very clean and service was fast.
I went to Hylan for wisdom teeth removal. Before my appointment, I asked to be put to sleep and was told I had to sign papers for that to happen. I signed the papers. The day of my appointment I was left in a room by myself for 50 minutes with qtips with the numbing on them stuck in my mouth. I had a panic attack and when the doctor finally came in she was extremely patronizing, treating me like a child. I was wide awake for the procedure and not numbed all the way. If your appointment is for 11:00 you should be seen at 11:00. Only one doctor should work on your mouth. You need to explain in detail what is being done and how much will the insurance cover and how much the patient needs to pay.
RecommendedI had an emergency and needed to get in right away. I was a brand new patient and had never been seen there. They immediately let me know that they accept walkins and that I was welcome to come in. From the front desk staff to the Assistants to the Dr. They all took their time to hear me and ultimately took care of my problem right then and there. Myself AND my boyfriend have found a new dental office for sure and I would recommend them to anyone.
