I met Dr. Register after I broke my shoulder in May of 2016. He was one of the kindest and most patient doctors I have ever seen. Clearly, he knows his “stuff” and there is no doubt he genuinely cares for every patient that comes through the door. Subsequently I’ve visited him for treatment for both knees and recently a frozen shoulder. I received the same care and consideration as before. Wonderful! He thoroughly explained everything and I have had minimal pain.
I am very pleased to recommend Dr. Register. I had tears in both rotator cuffs. I had the first surgery a couple years back and the second surgery two months ago. Dr. Register did both and did a remarkable job.
Dr. Register was very personable and willing to hear what I said. He took the time to really hear me and suggested a steroid shot to calm the inflammation. With previous doctors I have had to make another appointment for a shot, but Dr. Register did the shot immediately. He was very precise with the injection and careful to make it as painless as possible. Where so many doctors are ready and willing to get a patient into the operating room, Dr. Register seems to be more conservative and wants to avoid surgery when possible.
Dr Register has been amazing she is through and very thoughtful my new shoulders work very well and my strength is good I have mobility and strength again he is my blessing
Wait time before he went to the 3rd or 4th floor was ALWAYS an hour or more!! Pissed by the time I saw him every time. He focused on my symptoms competently but was not hearing my “whole body” concerns until after 3 or 4 visits, and only after I continued to injure myself and needed x rays. Finally, after ascertaining that the problem is in my neck and spine, not just my elbow, that I had defenerative disease, arthritis and possibly RA, I was referred to a spinal surgeon for a surgery on 3 discs in my NECK! Dr. Register was not only a fabulous surgeon but was personable, explains everything well without talking down to you, and forms a relationship with you as a patient.
