Dr. Register and his staff in the Royston office are great. He explains things to you, listens to your concerns and tries to help whether he thinks you need surgical intervention or not. I appreciate Heather his assistant because she will get back with you in a timely matter and does what she says she will do. It’s the little things that make a difference. Would definitely recommend Dr. Register for any orthopedic needs.
Dr Register did a hip repair and did a top notch job. He has a great staff who are always courteous and helpful. You are treated like a real person and not a number. Dr. Register is well qualified and highly knowledgeable. I do not hesitate to recommend him!

I had surgery for rotator cuff repair—very minimal post-op pain and a successful recovery. Dr Register is easy to talk to and answers all my questions thoroughly. I anticipate another surgery in the future (opposite shoulder), and I won’t hesitate to return to Dr Register.
Dr. Register did an excellent job repairing my torn left distal triceps tendon. I now have full range of motion and arm is becoming stronger every day. Would recommend anyone with orthopedic problems to see him.
after Consulting with Dr. Register about my Knee pain it was determined that I needed an Arthroscopy to remove the torn Meniscus. I have had this done twice in the past 6 and 12 years ago. I was Prepared for the Surgical Pain that had gone with it in the Past like walking up stairs and discomfort sleeping for about two weeks. I was truly AMAZED! My pain was so minimal I didn't use any pain meds after the night. No pain after that. It was my Best Surgical experience. I would Highly Recommend Dr. Register.
Being new to Northeast Georgia, Dr. Register provided me excellent surgical options for ongoing Shoulder and Hand problems. He performed both procedures simultaneously and closely monitored my progress throughout my post operative physical therapy. Dr. Register is an excellent doctor he takes the time to listen and explain to you your point of the pain that you might be having and he also insures you no matter what bruise or broken it will heal. Overall he's a good doctor
