I am a IOP patient at Bradford Chattanooga. This place was life changing. The staff...Kristin Moon, Mallory Dodd, Ty Davis, and Cindi Moore are the greatest team anybody could ask for . There like Guardian angels. it has been an amazing experience that I will carry with me for the rest of my life. Anybody out there struggling with addiction and truly wants help I highly recommend calling Bradford in Chattanooga!
My family member has been doing iop at night. The lady doing the meeting is not in recovery and doesn’t understand the patients at all. She is completely about rules and not about helping the patients. I’m very disappointed in Bradford for not having more caring employees. When an addict is getting help don’t make everything about rules and regulations. Help them.
I do not recommend this establishment.
The staff at Bradford were very pushy, every day was the same day in and day out. Not impressed with the facilities. Overall just a waste of my time, money, and trying to stay sober.
