My hygienist was personable, calming, thorough and kind while cleaning my teeth and doing the X-rays. She made sure I was comfortable in the process. Throughout she was very professional, yet caring.
Dr. Heim's office is wonderful. Michelle is the best hygienist and Dr. Heim is very gentle whenever I have had a dental procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Heim and Dr. Carroll.
Amanda was kind, funny and made me feel at ease as i am a nervous person. Dr. Carroll is awesome as usual.

Always a pleasure to go to the dentist when it is Drs. Heim and Carroll. They go out of their way to ensure their patient's comfort. They also take the time to explain the various treatment options available as well as the potential cost impact for procedures not covered by insurance.

I had to call for a quick visit. My tooth was acting up, I was afraid I'd lose my cap at an inconvenient time. Kathy made me an appointment that worked with my schedule. Dr Heim utilized everything necessary in his" tool box" to get the answer and bring relief. These guys are always professional, friendly and informative. I've got the best dentist in the world!
From the minute walking in the door, I was greeted with a smile and felt extremely welcomed. Makes the entire experience an enjoyable visit.
When I was advised by my oncologist that I could not have my teeth cleaned while on chemo therapy I had only three days to get a cleaning and limited time on those days too. On the same day I called, Dr Carroll cleaned my teeth and applied fluoride himself so that I would be in good shape while undergoing a chemo regimen. Everyone in the office was very supportive too!
