Always the best in service and advice
Dr. Heim and Valerie were fantastic, as always. As caregivers they set the level of the bar at the top, and as people they are genuine and engaging. I don't enjoy dentist visits (who does ??!!), but they make it the best that it can be.

While going to the Dentist is not what I'd call "fun," Heim and Carroll make it as good as possible. I've known Brad Heim for years. I met him when our sons were in the same boy-scout troop. And I've known my dental technician for nearly as long! That's because I always get the same one -- she tells me about her kids and I tell her about mine. That is, indeed "as good as it gets!"

Today Amanda cleaned my teeth. She was so gentle, I literally almost fell asleep. Everyone in the office is friendly, polite, competent and professional. Dr. Heim is intensely concerned with making sure my teeth are healthy. He listens to all of my questions patiently and answers everything until I have a complete understanding. The team is excellent. I would recommend this dental practice to anyone who wants caring, gentle dentistry.
