Even with social distancing there are sometimes emergencies. When I broke a front tooth, Dr Heim saw me and did a repair. I can not thank him enough for the kindness and professionalism he exhibited. Thank you again, Dr Heim
It's always a great experience at the dentist here. They make you feel so comfortable and treat you like family. They take their time and explain everything that they do. The place is extremely clean and the staff is wonderful.

First visit to Heim & Carroll exceeded expectations! Needed to change dentists as prior dentist damaged my teeth. I was greeted warmly by Dr. Carroll and his team and I felt very comfortable from moment one. The receptionists and dental professionals were attentive and made me feel at ease. Answering all questions, Dr. Carroll explained his approach and my options so I was aware of each step of the process. I would unequivocally recommend Heim & Carroll to family and friends!!!

I have been living with two cracked front teeth for quite some time. Dr. John Carroll did an amazing job. He fixed them completely. I'm so happy I can smile again knowing I look normal. I was confident he would do a good job because that's who he is, but I'm really thrilled with the way my teeth look so normal. Staff is always accommodating and truly the nicest group of people to talk to. Always tries to make your appts work for you and attention and care of your teeth is great. They discuss any changes and keep you informed.
My visit today for my biannual cleaning was, as always, pleasant, comfortable, and professional. Sharon does a great job with my cleaning and I always get the personal care of Dr. Heim. Highly recommended.
