I met with Dr Brackett in 2013 and was told, due to my test results, there wasn't anything he could do for me. I called twice to get an appointment and was told I had to have a referral due to it being so long ago. First time I called, nobody bothered calling me back. I finally got the referral from my GP and all test results were sent. I get a call back today, (after calling again to request appointment) I was told due to me missing a follow up appointment in 2013, they would not see me or allow me to make an appointment! I got a referral to this doctor, and it was sent over to them through my primary care doctor. I waited 2 weeks for them to reachout to me. After not hearing from them I called my PCP and asked if it was sent over, they said yes that i should try reaching out to them. I called and asked if they recieved my referral, they said yes but they never reached out to make the appointment because they don't take my insurance. I wish they would have communicated that when they recieved my referral but instead two weeks have been wasted... read more

Excellent care for several years 5 star by entire staff however staff has grown in number and care level has changed noticeably with communication being dropped. Currently in a flare due to two medications changes one insurance stopped covering and one the office is no longer allowed to prescribe. Concerned new RX could be causing swellings and contributing to loss of full walking abilities.

Office staff, Medical Assts and new PA are very stiff and cold. Atmosphere is unfriendly. DR Brackett is ok. Need Robert back.
