Verified Renter Overall experience is pretty good, nice work out and pool facilities.. It is also convenient having washer and dryer in the units. the only thing I can think of that is pretty annoying is some people car mufflers are really loud and it would be nice if there were some restrictive regulations on that..

Verified Renter My experience at Brackett has been extremely positive. The amenities are up to date and cleaned regularly. Having a dog has been very easy also.

Verified Renter The Elle provides a warm and inviting atmosphere. I feel exceptionally comfortable throughout the building and have no concerns about my safety. Additionally, the staff are all very pleasant and accommodating.
Verified Renter Brackett is a great apartment complex, the move in process was a little hectic, but it was faulted on both sides. The complex is nice, definitely feel like it used to be two different apartment complexes, but then just merged into one big complex. The pool and hot tub are nice, wish the gym was a little bit bigger. The staff is nice and responsive to any issues, for the most part. Recommend Brackett.

Verified Renter Citrine Hills is a great place. I enjoy all the landscaping and ponds. My apartment is spacious and very comfortable. I have lived here for 10 years now and things are looking better with new management.
