Slum Landlord & Scam artist management company. We lived in NYC for 20 years and never experienced a worse landlord or management company than BPM units. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. We rented an apartment for 2 years from BPM and the landlord never replaced any of the already broken items. They kept our security deposit claiming we damaged a door.
