Boykin did our inspection when we bought our house. We recently moved in and our AC stopped working and our home warranty company sent someone out and he almost broke our unit or cause a lot of damage. We were advised to speak to Boykin and see what was going on. We went and talk to them and they were very very understanding and willing to listen to us and help us out. Very friendly and willing to work with us. Thank you so much to the wonderful people at Boykin our AC will be working tomorrow!
Had a Trane ductless system installed. Completely satisfied. Very professional. Owner came and inspected system and instructed about function of system and remote. Price was on target with competitors.

The ladies on the phone were friendly and helpful, and the workers who came to install my system were on-time, thorough, courteous, and clean. Tonight I came home to a hot house on one of the hottest days of the summer so far. It was already passed business hours but I was able to get a tech out to the house. Within mins Melissa was able to figure out the problem/ replace a bad part and all is well again. All this within an hour of contacting yall! More than pleased with the tech and service provided!! I recommend to anyone in need of HVAC issues !!
