RecommendedVery pleased with how Boykin Air was not onl able to squeeze me in on there schedule, but managed to address and correct the issue the same day!
I continue to use Boykin ACS and this is why. Customer service by the Tech at my house today was stellar. Diagnosed the issue within 10 min at my house and cool air was flowing within 20 min. You just can’t get any quicker than that. #1 in my book and should be your too !

On July the 4th my air conditioner went out in my house.My friend and client Maggie Williams recommend Boykin air conditioning service. After days of searching, I was so blessed to find your company. I needed help with a relative that hand some problems with dementia. Christopher was sent out to his place and I could not have asked for a better technician than he. They were there by 10 am that same day I called. I have their number in my files and would recommend them to anyone who needs their service 😇
Called them out for service Friday morning which they responded the same day to help get us back up and running. We ended up getting a new unit (which was our choice since we had a super old one). Walt came out the same day to get us a quote on a new unit. He was great with explaining everything to us and getting us Wells Fargo financing for 5 years interest free. Good service and punctual
Boykin was wonderful through this entire ordeal of replacing our a.c. unit. All the Techs that came out & believe me there were quite A few were very friendly & did a great job on keeping us going with a quick fix while waiting for the unit to be installed. Thank you Brian Boykin & Techs For job WELL DONE!!
Y’all, I had my AC go out in the middle of June, and I went almost a week without air. I called Boykin and originally they found a Freon leak and were going to have it replaced in just 2 days! And then they sent Walt out to assess if it would be better for me to just get a new system, and he figured out there was bigger problems the original technician wouldn’t have found because my AC was turned off. Walt not only hooked me up with a new system at 0% financing, but also figured out how to temporarily make my old system work... read more
