took my truck to see why it was having issues, they told me I needed a new transmission and it be almost 7,000 so I picked it up took it to another location and they change a transmission module and now it's running fine, I will never bring another vehicle for them to work on again
They took me in to do an oil change even though they were full. Awesome customer service. Go get you some. Thank you Vandergriff Chevrolet.

Classic attempt at bait and switch. I called the Chevy dealership at 10:42 AM, and waited on hold for seven minutes. At 10:49 AM they confirmed “The car is still on the lot and for Sale” I said ok great, I will be there in 30 minutes. I show up at 11:25 AM and I am told the car was sold an hour ago. If the car was sold an hour ago why would they not tell me that when I initially called? And yes I literally checked the times on my phone call to prove my point that the car was probably sold a few days ago and it’s ad is clearl... read more

Everything, salesman , Raymond Webb was great, , finance manger was very courteous, deal was good, dealership very clean, I recommend this dealership to anybody that needs a car or truck, the only thing was the inventory was kind of low, but I understand all dealers are having trouble getting inventory
