We were cheated, paid almost $400.00 for a shift cable to be replaced on a 2006 Corvette one year ago . Was in Franklin Tenn car had to be towed to dealership , it was diagnosed as shifter cable broken ! Dealership determined the cable had NEVER been replaced . Confronted Boyd Chevrolet they did at least see the work had not been performed and paid the invoice from the Tennessee dealer plus motel bill and tow charge . I guess I won't sue for damages.

Best treatment every buying a used vehicle. We have had several probably dumb questions since our purchase but have always been answered and treated with respect and prompt responses. We also had an issue with the speedometer on our used vehicle after we bought it and it was immediately handled by the dealership at their expense when I know lots of used car dealers that would have said "tough luck".
