RecommendedNucar Auto Collision did an exceptional job with the repairs and painting service they gave my Dodge Charger R/T Plus. Plus when something was not done the way it was suppose to. They listened and took my car back to fix what was wrong.
Sold me the wrong key, said mine wasn’t made that way anymore, took them an hour and a half to make it, told me to get my key cut and put on the new fob and cost 255 dollars. I went to batteries and bulbs and they said that wasn’t true and made me an exact one in 15 minutes 100 dollars cheaper. I went back to apple and parts refunded 100 but sales would not. They said they performed the service. To me it’s like putting bad tires on, but I’m supposed to pay them for it.
Stopped in to PH today to have a flat tire replaced. They not only had the tire in stock, but replaced it and re-stowed the spare in less than 30 minutes. Kudos to a great PH Maintenance Team - well done!!
Absolutely horrible dealership. Takes advantage of customers. if you are Active Military or a Veteran please do not give them your time or money. You are just a sale to them.

Took my car in that I purchased form your dealership for a simple oil change. Part falls off my car not even 5 mins after leaving dealership. so I had to call numerous times before talking to someone.
