The place across the street is WAY nicer and has WAY better Management. Will be moving there when my lease is done here.
RecommendedThe staff here are the friendliest people! If you have any questions regarding anything, they always ensure you get the answer, and if they don’t know, they find out for you. We also appreciate how understanding and cooperative they all are, they don’t get overwhelmed or impatient with everything we’ve asked or needed assistance with. We have never come across anyone here that wasn’t amiable or willing to help us out. I’m so glad we chose Bowman Pointe our place to call home.

My husband and I were struggling to find a place to move for grad school during this crazy time in quarantine until we stumbled upon these apartments. The staff has been excellent in helping make this process as seamless as possible. HIGHLY recommend checking them out. We calculated and we’re actually saving money by choosing to move here! The apartments are beautiful and have amazing amenities at a great price!

My husband and I checked out what seems like every apartment complex in west Little Rock. We kept coming back to this one. The staff is very friendly and professional and the apartments/ grounds are beautiful. We are moving in soon....can’t wait!!
When my wife an I applied to Bowman Pointe, the staff was always so willing to help and very nice throughout the entire process. The apartments looks amazing and the amenities can't be beat! Strongly recommend Bowman Pointe and the people who work here!
During all this craziness of Coronavirus, I have yet to leave my apartment and not see a. someone cleaning the complex top to bottom or b. be surrounded by smells of clean hallways and doors. Thankful to live somewhere that protects their residents and communicates effectively!
These are the most amazing apartments in Little Rock they have an amazing staff amazing amenities and overall it’s just a beautiful apartment that exceeded my expectations I can’t wait to move in.
