RecommendedI highly recommend living here. the management staff actually listens to you and tries to fix anything wrong in a timely manner.
This is the best apartment complex in Little Rock. I have had trouble figuring out whether I am at home or at a 5-star Las Vegas resort! Staff is super helpful and the amenities are out of this world. 10/10 definitely recommend!

Bowman Pointe is the BEST place to live in Little Rock! The apartments are stylish and modern. The amenities alone are well worth it! The staff is amazing! I wouldn’t live anywhere else!

big big thanks to courtney he went out of his way to help with everything I look at 6 other places the main thing that got me was hus customer service. I even spent a little bit more than what one of the sister apartment cost but is was how great service I got here and everyone I talked to at this place was super nice and helpful. if you want to live in the little rock area trust me theres not much nicer place than this plus the customer service is the best by far. thanks so much can wait to move in
