RecommendedThese apartments are beyond anything I could have expected. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. They’re not trying to “sell” you anything. A welcoming environment. These apts are something you won’t believe until you see them. Everything looks better in person instead of the pics. It’s colorful, a lot of activities, great environment, & great people.
Absolutely love this place!! The staff is so friendly and it feels so much like a family fun environment. The pictures are gorgeous but nothing like the real thing up close and personal. Walking through the front doors has an instant wow factor. Amazing amenities and still growing! The pool... oh.. my.. goodness.. So happy to become a resident here!! Come out and you’ll see!
5/5 for sure! Loved living here the environment and the vibe of Bowman pointe is very young vibrant and energetic. My favorite leasing consultant Cathrine Garland made the whole experience even better. Love these apartments you definitely get a bang for your bucks
Bowman Pointe is the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived at. The staff and residents have always been nice. I haven’t had a bad experience at all. The amenities are the best. The pool and the theater are my favorite. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.
Bowman Pointe’s pool is unmatched by any complex around. The staff is always willing to help and the apartments themselves are very classy. Overall 10/10 would recommend.
Bowman Pointe is an incredible apartment complex. The entire team is pleasant and there are plenty of activities to keep active within the community.
Best apartment I’ve ever lived in! The atmosphere is unmatched and the residents are friendly! Halley is the greatest!!! She was the sweetest tour guide and made me feel right at home on day one. If you need anything, she’s your girl!
I would never live in a place that preys on visitors!residents alike by employing amateur parking policies that result in absurd towing fees. I recently parked in an unmarked area (despite claims of the opposite made by the towing company) while visiting my girlfriend and had my vehicle towed all the way to Jacksonville resulting in a $220 penalty.
