From the moment we walked in the office we knew we wanted to live here! Every single person who works at Bowman Pointe is super friendly and helpful, the amenities can’t be beat, and the community atmosphere is better than anywhere we have lived. I feel like I’m living like a millionaire, but rent doesn’t break the bank. Can’t say enough great things about this place!! I never want to move.
The staff at Bowman Pointe is amazing. They are always trying their best to help us. The pool is awesome and the apartments are spacious and well planned. These apartments are probably the best I have lived at so far!

This place is the bees knees! Every employee and resident is always so nice when you’re out and about on the property. We met Halley the day we moved in and she’s been an exceptional staple to our stay here. She helps us with anything and everything as soon as possible. The amenities are, without a doubt, the best in the city. If you’re looking for an apartment and haven’t picked Bowman you’re missing out the more you wait.
Moving here had to be the best decision I’ve made in a while. The location is so perfect. Anytime I need maintenance done they are there that same day I request it. Best of all the staff are so wonderful and took the time to know me by name. The amenities are amazing and honestly this complex is really a money saver. I love living here now!
Hands down the best apartment community in Little Rock! I’ve lived here for over a year, and I’m still amazed by this place. The staff gets an A+ for customer service and all the events they hold for residents. The amenities are next level plus Ive made so many new friends! This place deserves 10 stars.
I am a new resident and so far customer service has been wonderful! I am happy to say that I am will be living at Bowman Pointe! Great amenities, great atmosphere, and beautiful apartments.
This place has the biggest pool you will ever lay your eyes on. Fountains galore. Awesome amenities. 10/10 would recommend. 🏼
