I have been living here since almost 3 years and it’s like a family now. Ever since I moved in I can’t stop loving it. The staff is very cooperative and the maintenance team is very prompt. I recommended that to our friends too they couldn’t get any apt here unfortunately but they too really loved it.

Everytime I've visited Bowman Pointe the atmosphere is so welcoming and pristine. The staff is very friendly and always makes me feel like a valued resident even though I'm only ever been guest. But who knows, my lease is up in December. Maybe they'll have a new resident on there hands!

I got SO lucky today. I had originally wanted an Amber unit. The one that worked in my time frame came and went in the blink of an eye, so I was signed up for a Sapphire. My stars aligned today and TADA - an Amber available just a week later than my original planned move-in! NAILED IT! I have worked with Rashanda, Courtney and Kristen (these last 2 folks, a LOT). I have lived in the Little Rock area for a couple years now and after shopping around, Bowman Pointe is positively the best apartment complex that I can find! The grounds are well maintained, the floor plans are spacious, the amenities are luxurious, and the staff is incredibly professional! I recommend this place wholeheartedly!
