Dr. Mah and his assistant are very personable. Make my daughter happy and not nervous at all. We have had teeth pulled and retainers put in and prob a my braces to come and not one scared day from my daughter.
Everything was great as usual.
The dental hygienist who did my cleaning was very rough and easily irritated. My bottom gums were very sensitive and lots of bleeding occurred. She was very rough with the mirror, it felt as if she was pushing so hard on my cheek it would bruise. It was a horrible experience and I asked to have someone else for my next cleaning. I was not happy with her lack of sensitivity towards me
We have had Dr. Der as our family dentist for 24 years now, and we find him thorough and understanding. The front staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I would, and actually have, referred our friends to Dr. Der.
