The dentists are revolving. Over a 4 year period, I saw 4 different dentists. The office is not good with follow up except for the pre-programmed reminders for annual cleaning. When I had surgery done on 6 very bad and infected teeth, I got no call of follow up, no appointment for follow up, nothing. The staff are kind, don't get me wrong. I'm not sure how the response came up that it wasn't great. Leo is very energetic and made the visit enjoyable. My gums did not ache afterwards inspite of it having been 5 years since my last cleaning. As always Dr. Mah was awesome in determining what needed to be done.
I did not say my experience was not great; in fact, I was going to say the opposite. I suppose the assumption was that if I didnât âreview it on Googleâ, whatever that means, I had something negative to say. But I donât. Excellent. Great personnel and service
I donât have a google account so Iâll write my review here, even though my visit was excellent! I was referred to Dr. Mah by a couple close friends. I went with the Intension of just getting a consolation for invisiline trays but ended up getting a lot more out of it! Dr. Mah was very personable and kind. He took the time to explain things to me and make me feel confident. He even found a cavity that Iâll be coming back to get fixed! The girls at the front were also very kind and quick workers. My experience was great. people. Are friendly. didnât have to wait more than 10 minutes to get in. i would recommend Bower Dental Centre to anyone who is looking for a Dental place .
