Ive been seeing Tara for bowen treatments for over a year now. Bowen has made a huge difference to my joint and muscle pain due to my rheumatiod arthritis and having a very physical job. It not only reduces pain and inflammation, it is very calming and allows me to really relax. I recommend seeing Tara for bowen treatments to everyone.
I have been going to see Tara every 3 to 4 weeks for the last 18 months. The difference is amazing. If you like a deep tissue massage Tara is the right person for the job. Very knowledgeable and definitely knows how to hit all the sore spots. I highly recommend booking in for an hour. Just the right amount of time. Thanks Tara. Look forward to many more appointments.
