Ugh! Our old pediatrician knew my kids, and knew that I knew what I was doing. If my kids developed pinkeye (Conjunctivitis) or Strider from Croup, he would call in a prescription after hours or during the day sight unseen. He has since retired, and now I have a crappy night ahead of me with my six-year-old panicking when he wakes up with Strider, which will make an endless night.
